Purpose

These terms govern the services and bookings offered by Cap Isa (ISABELLE ROBIN, sole trader, ISY YACHTING).

Booking and Payment

An online booking constitutes a request and does not result in any charge. It only becomes final once confirmed in writing by Cap Isa. Payment terms and deadlines are agreed upon at the time of this confirmation. Cheques are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before departure: full refund. Less than 7 days before departure: no refund. Unforeseen circumstances (illness, accident with supporting documentation): full refund. Boat unavailability or mechanical issue: full refund. Cancellation by Cap Isa: full refund.

Weather Conditions

In the event of unfavourable weather conditions, the cruise will be rescheduled or cancelled at no extra cost. Anchorage locations depend on weather conditions, wind and swell. The captain reserves the right to decide on destinations and to apply safety protocols.

Safety

No refund will be given in the event of: breach of safety rules, failure to follow the captain's instructions, uncontrolled intoxication or drunkenness, or a return to port required by the captain for safety reasons.

Fuel

Fuel is not included in the cruise rate. It is charged as a flat fee per outing, the amount of which is communicated to the client before booking confirmation, and is paid at the end of the outing.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes. They may vary depending on the season (seasonal rates) and the options selected. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of booking.
